All what I found on that sicker is: Serial number for Windows 7 Home premium 64Bit which came preinsalled on my laptop. No, no I am quite sure that there is no sticker on the battery at all. There is one sticker on the back of my laptop, however, as said before, it only contains the product key of Windows 7 which came with my laptop from the factory. However, the other one containing the product key of Windows is still there. However, this would be very bad way if it would be the only way to know my PN, SN. Why do you not put the sticker cotaining such important information on a very safe palce since on the back of laptop is not safe place at all?

If the battery is fully functioning and is not charging then that is a contradiction in that I cant see how you know about the battery. I suggest you get a programme that gives you the details of the battery status. If you get these, it will show you something about the battery status from which you can make a better judgement. Also, the charger may be faulty and the socket where the charger enters the laptop is prone to knocks and is worth looking at. I agree with the above commenter in that you should check the output of the PSA to see if the voltage out is correct.
